Role Description

Deployed to Plush Living, the interior design arm of the Gee Gee Group, this is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor (Interior Works) located in Chennai.

The Site Supervisor (Interior Works) will be responsible for the following:


Responsibilities
Hands-on supervision, execution and quality control for multiple residential interior projects. Work trades include civil, masonry, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical work, plumbing & sanitary works etc.

Work scope includes but is not limited to:

• Preparing required material list at site and handle material effectively
• Supervising labour to ensure proper finishing of work
• Executing the work as per quotation
• Coordinating with the sub contractors, supervisors, general work force
• Completing the projects in a timely manner within predetermined budgets and quality standards
• Checking site work status and approving labour payments
• Close communication with the project coordinator
• Coordinating with HQ staff for finance & admin matters

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

• 14 years' experience in interior projects
• Thorough knowledge to read AutoCAD drawings
• Basic knowledge in interior materials
• Technical knowledge about interior work
• Knowledge in taking measurements
• Excellent people, labour and time management skills
• Willingness to travel between sites. Two wheeler with licence is a must
• Professional communicative approach when dealing with clients

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
