    JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKETING ENGINEER / SPECIALIST for Industrial Product Marketing

    Patvin Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Products Marketing professional, who can deliver measurable success in B2B marketing. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

    The position is based in Navi Mumbai Head office and we will prefer candidates staying in Navi Mumbai or nearby and who can travel to work. Candidate will be required to travel domestically within India and have potential to travel internationally as we expand into international markets. There is significant opportunity for career progression at PATVIN.

    Experience in Industrial Products Marketing / Engineering Products Marketing to Manufacturing industries ( B2B Marketing ) is MUST.

    Location - Navi Mumbai , Koperkhairane

    CTC Lakhs per annum

    Candidate must have 8-10 years experience in B2B Lead Generation for Industrial Products , EPC Projects, Automation Products , heavy machinery / capital goods, Robot systems / Automation systems to Manufacturing companies.

    Engineering degree and experience in Industrial Products Marketing B2B marketing is required.

    We supply systems for Paint application, Fluid handling and other Robotic solutions to the Automotive and other Manufacturing Industry. Representing world leaders from USA and Germany in India and working on global projects outside India.

    Required Experience:


    • 10 years' proven experience in Marketing and lead generation in B2B industrial products.


    • Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in Industrial products / EPC projects for manufacturing companies and has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.


    • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems and ERP systems


    • Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.


    • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

    Required Skills:


    • Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills.


    • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.


    • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.


    • Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.


    • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools. Experience of Salesforce would be preferred, but not essential.


    • Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize, as necessary.


    • Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills.


    • Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.


    • Must be passionate about the automation industry and automation products
