Description
We are looking for Process Executive for Kochi office. Graduate with good fluency in English speaking essential along with computer knowledge.

Answer queries professionally to provide information about insurance products and services.

Identify the needs of the clients through interaction.

Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries.

Update the CRM system with updated information on client interaction.

Prepare the quotation which is matching with the requirements of the prospective clients


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:
