Responsibilities:
We are looking for Collections Officer

  • Collections for loan recovery & collections.
  • Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.
  • Updating & maintaining customers feedback file
  • Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done
  • Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis
  • Preparing collection MIS related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, monthly reports.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
