VP/AVP/Business Manager - Salesforce Sales
Location:
Faridabad
- Actively participate in lead qualification process by planning and managing campaigns in line with GTM objectives.
- Screen prospective clients with accurate account mapping and adjust content of sales pitch and presentations as per client requirements.
- Actively drive sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings and services and translate them into strong value proposition for clients and help win most deals.
- Build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize into sales.
- Meet and exceed assigned quota in terms of Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
- Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of salesforce in US geography.
- Align the salesforce sales objectives with sound business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
- Identify & Close, Cross sell and upsell opportunities in an Account.
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong relationship s with Salesforce in particular.
- University/College Degree
- Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
- Several years of the full complement of leading & winning large business delivery and business development in US market.
- Leadership experience in Business Focused IT Solutions / Services with Practice management, people management.
