Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with parents at society events to introduce them to Kidsnagri's short courses and the benefits they offer to students.
Communicate with tuition teachers in the local area, both in person and over the phone, to promote our courses and establish collaborative relationships.
Distribute promotional materials and manage onground marketing activities to create awareness and interest.
Collect feedback from parents and teachers to understand market needs and suggest improvements to our offerings.
Competitive analysis in the similar area in different geographies using online tools and reaching out to people in similar domain.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
A strong interest in the education sector and a commitment to promoting learning and development in children.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
Proficient in local languages (Hindi and English) to effectively communicate with the target audience in Noida and Ghaziabad.
Willingness to travel locally and be on the field engaging with parents and teachers.
