_Role Overview:
_

Support the creation of training plan and course blueprint.
Develop and update courseware and learning assets.
Test labs developed for classroom exercises.
Build technical competence on a predefined Trellix product and stay current on new product features.
Work with SMEs to develop learning content.
Attend R&D meeting and product demo.
Review course and provide formal feedback on possible improvements in training materials.
24 years of demonstrated experience as Instructional Designer.
Excellent oral and written skills
Ability to learn and utilize softwarebased design tools and security products.
Ability to configure Windows,Linux platforms and labbased classrooms.
Knowledge of instructional design models and processes, for example ADDIE and SAM.
Knowledge of instructional modalities, for example classroom learning, blended learning, gamification, multidevice/mobile learning.
Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, designing, and developing instructional content.
Knowledge of needs assessment approaches and techniques.
Ability to install security products on Windows and Linux platforms
Knowledge of methods and techniques for defining learning and behavioral outcome statements.
Skill in designing blueprints, schematics, and/or other visual representations of learning and development solutions, for example wireframes, storyboards, and mockups.
Skill in designing and/or developing learning assets, for example role plays, selfassessments, training manuals, job aids, and visual aids that align to a desired learning or behavioural outcome.
