Responsibilities:

The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following:

  • Handling projects and business development through Dealers and Distributors
  • Generation & achieving the targets of sales
  • Manage key accounts and collaborations of assigned market
  • Visit and appoint Dealers and Distributors for Locks (Hardware Stores)
  • Achieve secondary sales targets
  • Understand and Explain Jainson products, collect orders, generate sales, provide sales support
  • Collect payments from the market and maintain healthy relationships with the dealers.
  • Give justice to the entire range of Jainson products

Qualifications and Desired Background:


  • Prior Experience in locks industry is preferred (1 Year)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field
  • Should be willing to travel atleast 15 days in a month to Kanpur, Prayagraj, etc.
  • Person should be a gogetter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable
  • Two Wheeler with License is must
  • Age not more than 30 Years
