Job Description - Inside Sales Executive

Location - Udyog Vihar - Gurgaon


Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential customers in the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and tailor solutions based on the company's products and services.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the EdTech solutions.
  • Manage and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager or company leadership.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and followups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding product usability, features, and overall satisfaction to provide valuable insights to the product development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. A background in education or EdTech is a plus.

Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or inside sales roles, preferably in the EdTech industry or selling to educational institutions.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers' needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes in sales strategies or product offerings.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
