Roles & Responsibilities- Managing Online Portals of the clients
- Manage online ecommerce accounts of clients
- Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
- Assists customers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggest various product options that are available.
- Understanding client problems
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
