Description
1. Ensuring the availability of materials on site by keeping a follow up with the project manager. 2. Maintaining an updated record of all the materials on site. Keeping a close follow up with the project manager regarding materials required on site. 3.

Issuing materials to the engineers as and when required and maintain a materials issue note signed by the respective site engineer.

Preparing a goods inward note as and when materials comes on site and circulate 1 copy of the same to the Purchase dept.

Follow up with purchase department to ensure timely supply. 5. Maintaining the delivery challans. Maintaining a proper account of the materials in the store for ready reference to the site in-charge 6. Co-ordinate with Site in-charge and Purchase Dept in case of material to be ordered. 7. General supervision on site regarding wastage of material, improve use of material, proper stacking of FIFO & LIFO etc. Recollecting unused materials at the end of the working day. 8. Gate pass will be prepared and get it authorized by the site in-charge. 9.

Inform senior engineer / project engineer regarding any store problem and to workout practical solution, which is convenient for running the site smoothly.

10. Updating of stock periodically (monthly, quarterly) as per material category.11. Preparing weekly pending indent and follow up with purchase department technical director. 12. Daily ERP Entries, Indent, GRN, Issue, Transfer, Inter Location stock Transfer, Purchase Bill, Non Store Bill, Indent Amendments.


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
