    Description

    Job Description :
    Lead and execute Hitachi NAS migration projects, including planning, execution, and validation of data migration activities.

    • Utilize expertise in migration tools such as RoboCopy, SecureCopy, and EMCopy to transfer data between Hitachi NAS systems and other storage platforms.
    • Collaborate with clients to assess their NAS environment, gather requirements, and develop migration strategies aligned with their business goals.
    • Configure and optimize Hitachi NAS systems and migration tools to ensure efficient and secure data transfer with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the migration process, addressing any technical issues or challenges that arise.
    • Document migration procedures, methodologies, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

    Required Skills :

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in Hitachi NAS migration and related technologies.
    • Proficiency in migration tools such as RoboCopy, SecureCopy, and EMCopy.
    • Familiarity with Hitachi NAS storage systems and their configuration, administration, and management.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex NAS and migration issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering Hitachi NAS migration projects on time and within budget.

    Preferred Qualifications :

    • Experience with other NAS platforms such as NetApp, EMC Isilon, or IBM Spectrum Scale.
    • Hitachi certification(s) in storage administration or migration.

    Education and Experience :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Hitachi NAS migration and storage administration.
