Customer(Patient) Care Executive (Inbound Calls) is the person who is responsible for increasing the sales revenue by getting the highest number (It will be measured through lead-to-conversion ratio or percentage) of appointments from the targeted leads from all the sources and then those patients further proceed with treatment after consultation with our team of doctors and other professionals.

Responsibility and Deliverables

Setting up lead and conversion targets weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Making sure to deliver his best as per the company policies and ethics.
Creating the best patient (customer) experience.
Prepare accurate reports on paid campaigns and organic traffic to monitor overall performance daily, and share those reports with management.
Getting maximum booking of targeted patients/customers from the total leads to achieve the company's revenue target and conversion ratio target, as per the annual business plan

(6 Days a week)

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
Day shift Rotational - Sunday Working Rotationally

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali , Punjab:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Must have experience in Telemarketing, Telecalls or Telesales.

Language:
Fluent English (preferred), Hindi (preferred)
