Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our US clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize excellent written and spoken English skills to maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their complete understanding of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring proper documentation of client interactions, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Effectively multitask and prioritize client requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Utilize strong convincing and persuasive skills to address client objections or concerns, providing satisfactory solutions and building longterm client relationships.
  • Proactively seek client feedback, actively listening to their suggestions or concerns, and providing appropriate followup actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to enhance client support and provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with US clients.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional convincing and persuasive abilities to effectively address client concerns and inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US business culture and practices is an advantage.

Salary:
₹21, ₹35,000.00 per month
