Job Description:

Recruitment for Bulk Hiring for Operations.

The individual in this role will be responsible for End to End Recruitment for Mid-level to Sr Level positions.

Experience of head hunting, CVs searching, calling, evaluating, basic screening and interview coordination.

Creating recruitment MIS and reporting.

You'll oversee a range of processes—from screening calls to evaluations and in-person interviews— and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Responsible for handling other similar and HR related activities as assigned.

Eligibility - Post Graduate degree/diploma in Management with 3 to 8 year's experience in Talent Acquisition.

Should have good hands-on experience of complete recruitment cycle from using job boards/ social media portals for identifying resources to salary negotiation and getting resources on board.
