Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Executive will create a robust framework of hiring along with predictive analytics for future recruitments.


Job Summary

  • Develop & maintain recruitment MIS with necessary metrics / dashboard / tracker.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and improve social media presence to attract talent from nontraditional and/or diverse talent pools. (Campus hiring, digital training agencies, employee references, social media channels, job portals, headhunting, etc)
  • Develop database of effective consultants focusing on D&I agenda.
  • Provide insights on Competitor Analysis salary bands and industry benchmarking to remain competitive in the local market
  • Revisit the Job Descriptions defined for each role and ensure to design inclusive JD along with update of latest process changes or requirements.
  • Develop and meet deliverables in terms of SLAs defined for hiring mix (channels of hire, average experience, diversity mix), time and cost to hire for each position
  • Prepare and Manage Recruitment Budget.
  • Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Comfortable with interacting with Sr leadership Team
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Keeping up with latest industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualification :
PGDM / Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from reputed

college

Experience : 2+ yrs in Talent Acquisition
