Credit Control Associate

Hyderabad, India
The purpose of this role is to support the business and Finance Director for India;

  • Coordinate with branch locations to ensure MIS and outstanding claims with appropriate supporting are submitted on time.
  • Daily Monitoring of Debtors ageing across branches and initiate follow ups.
  • Finalize monthly collection targets in consultation with Manger Credit Control and allocate the same within team members.
  • Monitor credit limits as per company guidelines.
  • Initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are bought to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Periodical Debtors update to reporting head (as and when required)
  • Follow up with the branch locations in case of overdue collections
  • Alert reporting head in case of overdue outstanding
  • Adhere the company credit policy and to work within the frame of company credit policy.
  • Assist branch manager to bring the cost towards Interest.
  • Quality control to monitor standard processes and outputs on a day by day basis

Your responsibilities:


Key Targets
Financial

  • Ensuring branches target is meeting.
  • Monitoring Credit limit.
  • Zero outstanding over 60 Days
Non-Financial

  • Visiting costumers as and when need.
  • Helping other team member.

Reduce Interest Cost

  • Recovery of outstanding within credit period

Healthy Ageing

  • Timely reconciliations & adhere the Credit Control process

Team Player

  • Should be able to take any responsibility in Team

  • Graduate
  • 3+ years of experience in credit control dept
  • Must be able to take direction and work well with others
  • Must be able to work under the stress of and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures
  • Must be able to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned
