    Description
    JobSummaryAs a crewing operationexecutive you will be responsible for assisting in the smoothtransition of seafarers to the ships under the company smanagement. You will coordinate with the vessels manning centersagents and other parties involved in the crewing process. You willalso ensure that the seafarers comply with the STCW and flagdocumentation.Roles andResponsibilities
    • Coordinatewith the vessels manning centers agents and other parties regardingthe planning and execution of crewchanges.
    • Arrange and monitor the travel visamedical training and other prejoining formalities for theseafarers.
    • Provide timely and accurateinformation and reports to the crewing manager and otherstakeholders on the crewing status andissues.
    • Maintain and update the crewingdatabase records documents and certificates and ensure compliancewith the relevant laws and regulations.
    • Handleany queries requests or complaints from the seafarers clients orsuppliers and provide solutions andfeedback.
    • Support the crewing manager inproviding manning budgets invoices contracts and otheradministrative tasks.
    • Keep abreast of thelatest developments and trends in the maritime industry andidentify opportunities for improvement andinnovation.
    SkillsandQualifications
    • Preseawithe sailing experience as deckcadet.
    • Preferred with 2nd matesCOC
    • Knowledge of the international and nationalmaritime laws regulations and standards such as IMO SOLAS MARPOLISM ISPS etc.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Officeand other relevant software andsystems.
    • Excellent communication coordinationand interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverseteams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analyticalproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to handlemultiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Highlevel of integrity professionalism and customer service orientationwith the ability to work under pressure and meetdeadlines.
    • Willingness to travel and work onflexible hours asrequired.
