We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.

• Writing engaging, informative, and entertaining articles that capture the attention of the rural audience, provide valuable information, and entertain with compelling stories and narratives.
• Using SEO best practices to optimize the articles for search engines, including conducting keyword research, using meta tags and descriptions, and incorporating internal and external links.
• Tailoring the content to the target audience by using language and terminology that resonates with them, incorporating local references and anecdotes, and addressing their specific challenges and aspirations.
• Managing a team of interns engaged in written content creation and social media designs, to help increase the pace of content generation.
• Editing and proofreading articles to ensure they are free from errors, typos, and grammatical mistakes, and are wellstructured with clear headings, subheadings, and paragraphs.
• Developing a consistent tone and voice for the articles that aligns with the organization's brand and values.
• Ensuring legal and ethical compliance, including compliance with copyright laws, plagiarism policies, and industry regulations.
• Continuously improving your writing skills by seeking feedback, attending workshops and webinars, and reading industry publications and books. This will help ensure the quality of the articles improves over time and that the content remains fresh, engaging, and impactful.
