Description

As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient production of precision parts and components.


Key Responsibilities:


Machine Setup:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Set up CNC machines by loading program instructions and tooling requirements.
Align and secure workpieces on the machine bed using clamps or fixtures.


Programming:
Input program codes into the CNC machine control panel.
Make adjustments to programs to ensure the correct dimensions and tolerances are met.
Troubleshoot and debug programming errors.


Machine Operation:
Monitor the CNC machine during operation to ensure it produces the desired output.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.


Quality Control:
Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions.
Make adjustments to machine settings to correct deviations from specifications.


Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Follow all relevant regulations and standards related to CNC machining.


Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of machine settings, adjustments, and production output.
Document any issues or deviations from specifications.


Collaboration:
Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to optimize production processes.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any concerns or challenges.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problemsolve effectively.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in a manufacturing environment.


Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
