Description

Ø Checking enquiries in various channel (like IndiaMart, Trade India, Just Dial etc.) and follow up with the customers for the orders and converting into sales.

Ø Understanding customer requirements and giving specifications to the development team to develop products as per requirements.

Ø Co-ordinate with development team and production team.

Ø If the, products are available; we will send quotations along with the technical specification (Datasheet).

Ø Follow up on quotations and work the management to finalizing the order price.

Ø Preparing pro-forma invoices and sending it to the customers and follow up for purchase orders and payments.

Ø Once the advance payment received from customer, co-ordinate with Accounts team and production team for the goods delivery.

Ø Once the shipment was shipped, will send the docket details to customer for tracking shipments.

Ø If the product not available then we will discuss with management and co-ordinate with purchasing team to check with other source.

Ø Samples submission to the customer and get in regular follow up with them for the bulk orders.

Ø Regular interaction with Customer to check the future requirements or any developments to maintain the long term relationship.

Ø Working on Tender, summarizing details and providing the specification the production team to produce.

Ø Sending enquiry list to management and preparing sales report on weekly and monthly basis.

graduation

Experience: 3-5 years of expereince (preferabbly in Electronic security inudtsry)

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (preferred)
