Description
1. Preparation of Work in progress inventory of doughs, whipped creams, ganache as per the restocking levels of the items decided with the Senior Chef


  • Cleaning and sanitising your station before opening and after closing your station
  • Maintaining WIP inventory in portions per recipe to ensure consistent quality and taste.
  • Assisting the chef in deriving the food costs and developing SOPs for processes.
  • Following FIFO while issuing inventory from station store to station.
  • Maintaining station inventory and intimating the chef when item are reaching restocking levels.
  • Assisting in maintaining inventory of mother store.
  • Assisting the chef in preparation of breads, Cookies, dry snacks, desserts, cakes as per the production planning.

Pay:
₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
