Experience: 1-2 years

Wadala, Mumbai


Scope of the Role:
Customer Care Assistant Manager will ensure that all guests who stays with SaffronStays are satisfied with their experience.

Core functions include customer satisfaction, quick resolution of any customer issues, Feedback and reviews form all guests and continuous customer engagement.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Be the SPOC for the customer postbooking confirmation
  • Resolve any customer issues postbooking confirmation
  • Coordinate with guests for feedback and reviews
  • Will have to crosssell and upsell the product to the possible customers

Key Requirements & Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Ability to foster relationships with customers
  • Problemsolving skills
