Reporting to the IS&T D&IS Software Engineering Solutions, you will be in charge of the implementation and maintenance of reporting templates and tooling for our ALM platform and you will act as a control tower to ensure overall consistency on its applicative landscape.


Main responsabilities

  • Contribute to all phases of the RPE reporting architecture, design and implementation for Engineering Software solutions
  • Provide technical and domain expertise on complex topics
  • Participate in requirements gathering and specifications creation
  • Lead technical design and architecture
  • Maintain technical solution referential & design documentation
  • Support operations teams with regards to critical and complex incidents
  • Control quality of partners deliverables
  • Develop, change and improve processes
  • Build best practices on development activities and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to tower roadmap and lead technical POC

Educational Requirements

  • Graduated from an engineering degree, preferably in information technology

Experience

  • More than 5 years of experience in IBM-Rational Report Builder, ENI, PUB and RPE solutions on various roles

Competencies & Skills Describe the needed skills (technical & behavioral)

  • Strong knowledge on IBM-Rational Report Builder, ENI, PUB and RPE studio
  • Solid analytical skills that allow for the development of datadriven reports
  • Ability to use SQL / SPARQL / GraphQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience is setting up Prometheus data sources in Grafana
  • Good developments skills on several languages, particularly Java and Python
  • General knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: Azure, virtualization, server, database, network and storage
  • Solid knowledge on business processes (development, configuration, build and release management)
  • Worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles
  • Good communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • Very strong leadership and are business value oriented
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
