Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities (Memberships/Webinar/Workshop/Project Report/Services):
1) Calling to new and existing customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services (Memberships/Webinar/Workshop/Project Report/Services).
2) Strong follow-ups
3) Accurately recording details of customers enquiry and purchase orders.
4) Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
5) Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
6) Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
7) Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
8) Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer's needs and preferences.
9) Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements:
