About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sourcing Associate...

In this role, you will:

Identify improvements in tools and processes to streamline and automate the supply or commodity management process
Understand vendor management and sourcing practices
Complete work under direction of more experienced staff
Act as focal point for vendor management activities

- produce20 Consulting Supplier Scorecards, 21 Contingent Labor Scorecards, the US Tech Scorecard, and the development of Contractor India Scorecard. In addition to the scorecard activities, the team is involved with various Contingent Labor audits including Quarterly Payables Audits, Weekly W2-Compliance Audit and Audits for markup rates.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Sourcing, Procurement or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
4+ Years of experience in sourcing or operations
