Roles & Responsibilities:

-
End-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery

  • Collaborate with key drivers of business (Delivery and Sales)
  • Strategic pool management and effective redeployment of the project rampdown associates
  • Improve forecasting and tracking of the demand globally
  • Work with
    stakeholders such as Delivery Managers in order to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities
  • Report to stakeholders on fulfilment of critical accounts
  • Bench Management and project rampup with defined timelines
  • Train employees on their roles and responsibilities within the overall resource management process and the usage of the resource management systems in line with the process

Job Requirement
-
Overall, 2-3yrs of experience with RMG Data Analysis:


  • Strong Data Analysis skills.
-
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and have excellent people skills
  • Knowledge in the area of IT (desirable)
  • Pronounced analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and processoriented way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure as well as result orientated
  • Discussion and
    Executions with Oversees employees in terms of Timesheet completion and providing approvals.
