Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing and experimentation, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy refinement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for key stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, channels, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
