    1 Meeting with the prospective developer:
    Business Development managers are responsible for meeting thedevelopers on day to day basis who are looking at launching newprojects and understanding the requirement

    2 Understand the requirement:
    BusinessDevelopment managers are responsible for meeting the developers andoffering them a suitable product solution by understanding theirrequirement in terms of expediting the sales process

    3 Scheduling Appointments:

    BusinessDevelopment managers are responsible for scheduling theappointments with the developer after understanding theirrequirement of sales their upcoming projects with the clients.

    Theyshould be able to coordinate between the management and developereffectively to smoothen the flow of the transaction.

    4 Maintaining Customer Database and upcomingproject:
    Business Development managers are responsible for meetingthe developers managing the data base of developers their upcomingprojects etc


    5 Building relationships:
    Business Development managers are responsible for buildingrelationship with the concerned stakeholders developers to gainbusiness and maximize the value.

    6 Productfeasibility and understanding of the market:
    Business Developmentmanagers are responsible for conducting the product feasibility/understand the hyper local activity and market scenario andcustomer base and prevailing market practices for successfulexecution of project


    7 Reporting andAnalytics:

    Business Development managers are responsible reportingto management of the company in the desired format on day to daybasis and to work with the management very closely.

    DesiredCandidate Profile 1. 14 years of RelatedDomain Experience; which is Business development for realty focusedsales and marketing entity. 2. Should beaware of the Bangalore geography & Knowledge of the realestate market 3. Experience in real estateor any broker firm will be an added advantage and is mostpreferable 4. Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team 5. Should be humbleand possess Strong negotiation skills with the ability to closedeals. 6. Excellent interpersonal andrelationshipbuilding skills. 7. Should beambitious and selfMotivated in Sales / Marketing / BusinessDevelopment / Client Relations 8.

    Should beResponsible for generating new business building and maintainingrelationships with builders and clients 9.Should take High level of passion and ownership10.


    Language Proficiency:
    English / Hindi(If known other languages would be an added advantage)11. Must have TwoWheeler/ four wheeler.12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRMtools Selfstarter & teamplayer
