Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and identify potential buyers through various channels, including online listings, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and provide them with accurate information about the properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing property listings and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring a winwin outcome for both parties.
  • Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing clients for future business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A valid real estate license in the respective jurisdiction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
