Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential buyers through various channels, including online listings, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and provide them with accurate information about the properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing property listings and promotional materials.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring a winwin outcome for both parties.
- Manage and maintain a database of potential and existing clients for future business opportunities.
- Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A valid real estate license in the respective jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
