Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
- Answer inbound calls from potential and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Prepare sales presentations and deliver compelling pitches
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information
- Contribute to sales team goals and objectives
