Role and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the business expansion.
Responsible for the business acquisition of Ocean Freight/ Air freight/LCL/FCL/Project/Break-bulk/ODC (Import and Export both).

  • Develop NEW and prospective customers while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Sales and Management Achieving sales target set for the firm and managing the available resources.
  • Market research To avail necessary market details of latest trends and competitors to maintain the growth of the organization and development of new clients.
  • Sector development Development of various sectors in freight forwarding on timely basis and keeping pace with changing trends of market.
  • Joint sales visits with other sales professionals. Business planning with the team and weekly review.

Education Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Proven experience as BDM
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problemsolving and negotiation
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
