Key Responsibilities:


Lead Conversion:


  • Convert inbound leads into surgical consultations through effective communication, active listening, and objection handling.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to address their concerns and provide solutions.

Cold Calling and Pitching:


  • Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, introducing our healthcare consulting services in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Tailor your pitch to address individual patient needs and objections.

Consultative Selling:


  • Develop a deep understanding of patients' pain points, concerns, and healthcare requirements.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to provide information, build trust, and guide patients toward informed decisions.

Objection Handling:


  • Effectively address patient objections and concerns with empathy, providing information and solutions that alleviate their doubts.
  • Overcome objections with a patientcentric approach.

Coordination and Support:


  • Assist patients in coordinating surgical procedures, including scheduling, preoperative guidance, and postoperative support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Sales Strategy:


  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve sales processes to enhance lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:


  • Any bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare consulting or a related field.
  • Exceptional cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare procedures, patient concerns, and decisionmaking processes.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
  • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and adaptable to evolving circumstances.

Additional Requirements:


  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to new healthcare technologies and services.
  • Flexibility in adapting to evolving circumstances and market dynamics.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
