The Paid Ads Executive is responsible for developing and executing paid ad campaigns that drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.

This includes setting up campaigns, optimizing bids, managing budgets, creating compelling ads, and analyzing performance.

The Specialist must have a strong understanding of the target audience and be able to use data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:_
Develop strategies for paid ad campaigns with specific objectives in mind
Set up campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Monitor daily performance of campaigns and adjust bids/budgets accordingly
Create compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize for best results
Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and design to ensure successful execution of campaigns
Stay informed of industry trends in order to capitalize on new opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience working in paid advertising
Proven track record of successful campaign execution
Excellent knowledge of various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
