About Durafit Fitness

We are Durafit Fitness, a young e-commerce startup in Fitness Equipments, already in the top 5 in the country at clocking 50Cr in Founded by an IIM-A Alumnus, we have exciting plans ahead, with a potential fund-raise on the horizon to aid in our rapid growth & expansion.

We have built our business on Zoho One and are looking for software professionals for building tools in CRM systems like Salesforce / Zoho etc.

We have already created custom tools using Deluge in Zoho and are looking to build a robust tech team to do more automation on the team operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Inbound /Outbound calls
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
Over-seeing the customer service process
Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
Planning the training and standardization of service
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all

times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualification
Qualifications - Any degree

Skills for Success:

Excellent Communication
Should be fluent in
English, Tamil and Hindi/ Telugu /Malayalam
Good in Handling customer queries
