1. Prepare Dispatch Planning& Give Delivery Route To Delivery Person- Give Pending Material (Which Is Not Available In Stock) Report To Production Department
- Prepare Sale Chitti, Sales Invoice, Rasta Copy According To Dispatch Planning & Call Transporter
- Collect Sale Chitties, Bill, LR Copy Of Dispatch
- Take Xerox Of LR Copy, Bill& Send Them For Courier & Also SMS /What's App LR To Particular Distributor/Mktg. Person. & By Arranging Chitti ,Handover To Accounts
- Take Follow-Up Regarding Collection Of GR Parcel In Transport Or Direct From Party
- Check GR Chitties With Parties GR Copy & Make GR, Rejection, Repairing Chitties &Make Replacement According To The Rejection Recd. & Handover GR Chiti To Accounts
- Coordinate With Distributor, Dealer& Marketing Person & Also With Production Department, Stock Department Regarding Stock, Dispatch &Orders.
- Prepaid Rejection/Replacement/Repairing Excel Sheet. Call To Party For Material Properly Delivery Against Sales Invoice, Ledger Whatsup/Mail To Party In Every Month End
- Payment Follow To Party, Cheque Deposit Slipfilloped ,
- Physically Stock Daily Check And Update, Stock Entry. In Ward /Out Ward Record Maintain.
- Material Dispatched Before Checked Properly Packing
Salary:
₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
