Description
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with our products/services, providing clear and concise instructions.- Effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns, striving for firstcall resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
