Job Description:


  • Identify and pursue new Customers through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Utilize various channels, including networking events, social media, and cold calling, to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with clients
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Showcase properties to prospective buyers through effective presentations and property tours.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favourable deals.
  • Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
