Project Coordinator - Tiruvalla, India - Agac Interiors
Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Site- Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well.
Qualification and Experience:
- Communication in English and Malayalam is Mandatory, Hindi and Tamil also are preferred
- Should be good at multitasking and pleasant personality.
- Must be selfmotivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for highend premium Villas/ Residential Projects
- Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
- Experience in Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
- Coordination with Client /Sales/ Designers from concept to final stage.
- Must be a graduate.
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
