Description

• Manage the product catalogue on the e-commerce platform, ensuring that all products are accurately listed, and the product information is up-to-date.
• Work with the product team to develop product attributes, pricing, and promotions that align with the overall business strategy.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that align with the overall business strategy and drive sales.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that we have a reliable supply of products at competitive prices.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and recommend new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce category operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, processes, and systems, including experience with catalogue management, order management, and fulfilment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Notion is a plus.
