Job Deliverables - Executive Assistant

Deliverables:

Assist in the coordination and organization of various projects and tasks, including research, data entry, and event planning.
Manage and maintain the founder's calendars, schedules, and contacts.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Handle confidential information and maintain a high degree of discretion.

An outcome to Drive.

As an Executive Assistant to the Founder, you need to be a highly motivated and organized individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant.

You would provide administrative support to one or more executives and assist in the coordination and organization of various projects and tasks.

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent team development and leadership skills.
Good Communication Skills: Verbal and Written. (English)

Experience:
Must have 2+ years of relevant experience
