Description
Shift

  • Rotational Shift
6 days Working.

Answer incoming calls from customers.

Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, Booking appointments, and resolving queries.

Follow up on appointment booked/ Cancelled.

Objection handling on patient queries.

Adherence to the script & process.

Adherence to shifts/Login hours.

Languages - Multi Linguistic( English, Kannada, Telugu,Hindi)

Responsible and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting patients with issues and concerns related to their health.

Liaising with different stake holders on patient's hospitalisation and billing details

Ensuring patient conversion on leads.

Strong active listening/comprehension skills

They must be able to listen actively to comprehend and decode the customers' message. Willingness to Learn/ Mentor New starts and be a team player.


Schedule:

  • Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
