The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team within EY.

Based in the GDS-RMS-GCO Contract Administration team in GDS India, the role will support the US GCO in facilitating high quality contract document management to enable cross team collaboration throughout contract life.

A contract administrator will populate certain types of contracts/agreements using templates with GCO oversight, coordination with GCO teams and facilitate execution through a tool.

Your key responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include the following:

Good understanding generally of legal and contracting aspects;
Provide contract lifecycle support and facilitation;
Facilitates high quality contract document management by populating certain types of contracts/agreements using toolbased templates with GCO oversight and facilitating the contracts from automated drafting through signatures, and keeping the document for retention purposes.
Working closely with business teams to support the process throughout the contract lifecycle
Liaising with internal specialist functions including Independence, General Counsel's Office and Risk Management teams

Selfstarter and motivated
Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload with tight deadlines in a fastpaced, challenging and demanding environment

Experience and qualifications

Law graduate, with 1 to 3 years of experience in contract administration process which includes populating and reviewing commercial contracts generated through a contract administration tool and leading it to execution.
Interest in the area of risk management or compliance
Project management experience
