    Staff Engineer (Full stack-Python, React)

    Criteria :
    12+ YOE in Software development

    Minimum 8+ YOE in Python and any one of Django / Flask / Pyramid.

    • Experience in Frontend frameworks like reactjs / Nextjs / Vuejs / Nuxtjs etc.
    • Must have Experience in any databases
    • MySQL / PostgreSQL / Postgres / Oracle / SQL Server / DB2 / SQL / Mongo DB

    Mandatory Education :
    B.Tech / BE / MCA


    Role & Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain Backend and Frontend components using Python, React JS, Mongo DB, and other relevant technologies.
    • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product managers and architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services that seamlessly integrate with other components and external systems.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
    • Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and debug production incidents in a timely manner.
    • Build scalable, highperformance backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data and traffic.
    • Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency, performance, and reliability.
    • Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
    • Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.

    Ideal Candidate :

    • Strong experience in Back-End Web and Front-End Development.
    • Experience in developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
    • Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management.
    • Strong expertise in Python, React JS or similar skills with an indepth understanding of their ecosystems and best practices.
    • Experience designing and developing scalable, hightraffic backend systems.
    • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
    • Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, or Mongo DB.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e. g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Azure) and serverless computing.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 2 to 15 years of relevant experience.
