**Role and Responsibilities:
- *
  • Required Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect with 10+ years of Relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience
  • Should have very Strong experience in HCM Technical aspects of Data Conversion, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, Personalization, Integration
  • Should have got strong experience in Core HR module.
  • Functional Expertise in Oracle Absence Module
  • Completed at least 1 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects with end to end Absence implementation
  • Additionally good to have worked on at least 1 additional modules out of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and
  • Time and Labor
  • Experience working in different modules is an advantage.
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
  • Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework
  • Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, procedures, configuration options and roadmaps. Cloud certification is desirable.
  • Need to have consultative skills, business knowledge, to effectively integrate packaged technology into
- our clients business environment and achieve business results.

  • Ability to effectively work with endusers remotely
  • Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player
  • Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
  • Document solutions clearly
  • Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability
  • Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested.

Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
