Primarily im looking for CRM executives who will be part of Service team/post sales team.

Company name - vohra wound physician company

  • 1 to 2 yrs of international exp.
  • Very good communication skill.
- atleast 1yr of continuity of service (negotiable in exceptions).
- should be good for evening shifts (shift time 5 pm to 2 am). Can change and can be aligned for night, austraian shift.

  • Should be experienced with MS office.
Job location - jasola near apollo hospital, mohan cooperatives.

Nearest metro station
- tughlakabad metro station

Excellent english

Salary upto 10 to 15% hike on current ctc.

What Vohra Physicians does

My company(Vohra wound physicians) Hires doctors & sends them to different Healthcare facilities, hospitals, nursing homes to treat Wound related patients.

This is the primary role of Vohra Wound Physicians. We have been in business since last 20 yrs in USA & 1.5 yrs in Inda.

India HO is in Ahmedabad, was functioning under the name of Quest Infosoft pvt ltd. Now we have the license to launch it & change the name to Vohra India Pvt Ltd.

We already have a CRM department running in Ahmedabad, Now we plan to expand it to Delhi. Have picked up an office in Mohan co-op, very close to Tughlakabad Metro station.

We have 50+ IT team in Ahmedabad & 150+ RCM (Rev Cycle Management) Team in Bangalore & Trichy.

So we are not new in India.

Now about the CRS- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT(CRS)


Its US - Voice process, we are not exactly a call centre, We are more of a Service delivery centre.

We do not function like a call centre. So targets are there but not as astringent as a call centre.


The CRS would be required to speak to Consultants(Doctors) to schedule/reschedule their appointments; Inform Hospitals/healthcare facilities of rescheduling of the same.

Take feedback from hospitals about Vohra wound services.

Give coverage or a alternate doctor during vacation of primary doctor.

In addition to this
- few other task which are all Service related.


Job Types:

₹8, ₹32,765.42 per month
