Senior Insurance Executive
We are looking for professionals working in insurance industry with 2-3 years of work experience to work with us. The professional is required to have knowledge in insurance sector having work experience of handling backend operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a start-up as it provides an exposure to learn, grow and contribute.

We are consultants working in the area of insurance sector and require staff that can support in handling the insurance related matters


Responsibilities

• Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meets their criteria
• Create target database, maintain client's database, handling insurance portals for policy creation, upload Declaration in portal, report and documentation
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals
• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies
• Follow up and coordinate with the Insurance companies for the new policies/ Endorsements and other related work
• Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
• Support in development of materials for branding and promotion of insurance related services and products
• Effectively execute daytoday operations of all other insurance matters

Requirements and skills

• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (Corporate, marine, fire, health, motor, life, property, medical etc)
• Graduate/Post graduateMBA or any other relevant degree with knowledge in corporate insurance
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and analytical skills
• Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions and in creating longlasting relationships
• Excellent learning skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

Remuneration

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
