Description

Ensuring procurement activities with Suppliers who are registered with GST & PAN

• Float enquiries with potential suppliers for materials indented by Project Staff with proper specification, quality & TAT for delivery parameters.
• Ensuring timely supplies with quality / quantity at competitive rates based on negotiations.
• Periodic follow up activities with suppliers
• Facilitate Vendor Development to ensure that the company has choices for sourcing
• To facilitate training on the product from suppliers to Project Staff for material awareness
• Close coordination with Accounts for Invoices accounting, payments along with reconciliation.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (required)

Experience:
