Workout with client requirements and make suggestions
Generate quotations and participate in Tenders
Get PO's and work orders
Involve in commercial clearance
Logistics arrangement
Customs Clearance

Vendor satisfaction report
Rack stock Maintenance
Inventory Management of large number of line items.
Ensure complete documentation of all incoming RM and PM and intimate Stores manager in case of any missing documents
Ensure adherence to stacking norms while unloading and issuing materials
Check whether the invoice quantity is same as actual quantity and intimate Stores manager in case of any deviation
Ensure that the unloaded material is not physically damaged and inform Stores manager in case of any damage in unloaded goods
Intimate Quality department for inspection of receipt RM and PM and follow up with them for approval/rejection of material
Update stock position in SAP during receipt and issue of RM and PM
Preparation of all relevant documents for material receipt/return and issuance: Inward Good Pass, Goods Receipt/Rejection Note, QC inspection note and Goods return note
Supervise physical issuance of material by stores personnel
Ensure return of RM and PM inventory from production shop floor, physically as well as in SAP, through follow up with production head on every Saturday evening
Assist Stores manager in preparation of monthly review presentation
