We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Associate to join our team.

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkin and checkout process.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, assisting with reservations and bookings as needed.
- Answer guest inquiries and address any concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, room assignments, and billing information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are clean, wellmaintained, and ready for occupancy.
- Assist with cash handling and payment processing, adhering to established financial procedures and protocols.
- Support fellow front office team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required, such as preparing reports, managing lost and found items, and maintaining guest communication logs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitalityrelated training or education is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
